Clever Money and Naive Money

Clever money could conceal the intentions in the market in many ways, but it is not possible for it to hide it. The market will reflect all of its movements in terms of variations of price, changes in the combined amounts, and any other type of statistic indicator defined through technical analysis. Those who are behind clever money are not mysterious people. They are simply a group of people that know how to interpret the market correctly. The conformation of the group of the clever ones is constantly changing and it does not really matter to know who they are in this “game”. In their origins, in the 1920’s to the 1930’s, statistic analysis and the confection of the letters with a series of prices were done by hand by followers of this type of analysis. Sadly, rarely were they able to keep up to date with their statistics and calculus of indicators. Their creativity was relative and they were derogatorily called chartists. With the irruption of computers in 1950, modern statistical techniques were created for the stock exchange analysis, and carried out by institutions. Finally at the ending the 1970’s, personal computers were placed at the disposition of the public and this opened a new horizon of technical analysis which was at reach for the common investor. The technicians today have reached their maturity thanks to computers and friendly software that accomplish the objective without a lot of work and show all types of indicators and diagrams that allow us to make the required analysis for stock exchange indicators on time. It should be mentioned that the mere fact of using a computer bestows one with an undeserved aura.
